Investo Capital is a real estate investment company that operates in a unique method, in which the entrepreneurs themselves invite investors to join them in every project and together they become full partners. In doing so, Investo saves investors "brokerage fees" and "coupon cutting", and everyone profits together.
Investo currently operates in 10 U.S. states, as well as Portugal, in a variety of real estate fields including multi-families, commercial centers, office buildings, new constructions, tourism and leisure projects, Air B&B, and unfreezing land reserves.
The company, which is owned by businessmen and entrepreneurs Noam Shpalter and Ohad Arad (attorneys, financial planners, and insurance agents), is part of the group 10X Brands, which imparts financial knowledge and escorts clients in the finance field; the company also deals with business development and self-realization using the 10X method of the American billionaire and real estate entrepreneur Grant Cardone, whom the group represents in Israel.
The partners have 40 years of accumulated experience in the real estate field, and a value of assets under management of over $600 million.
The Partners
Noam Shpalter
Noam is a business mentor in the field of financial education and he lectures throughout Israel on economic goals and their achievement in professional conferences for the public and commercial companies. Noam, a veteran entrepreneur, and co-founder of many companies in the Israeli market, holds a bachelor's degree in law and two degrees in business administration (with specialization in finance and capital market), holds an insurance agent license, and is a licensed real estate agent; Noam is also the Israeli representative of Merage Fund, the American startup escort fund. Upon his release from the IDF as an officer in a central command staff position, Noam worked as a business development manager and information systems manager in various companies. Two years later, he established a consulting firm that provided business development solutions to large and leading companies in the Israeli market and was engaged in establishing large projects in Israel, Australia, China, Italy, and Ethiopia. In 2006, after establishing (and selling) a software house, he turned to the field of finances, began lecturing, and established Orin-Shpalter College of Financial Education, which is considered the leader in its field and manages the training programs for most of the financial institutions in Israel such as insurance companies, investment houses, banks, and others. Noam is a founding partner of a large insurance agency with over thirty employees and a financial planning company. In 2013, he decided to "diversify" and was engaged in the establishment of a large medical center in Tel Aviv, which he also managed for two years. Since 2010, he has been investing privately in various projects (entrepreneurial, commercial, hotelier, NOP 38, and lands) in real estate in Israel and abroad, and manages real estate investment portfolios and start-up companies for other investors, while implementing the principles of investment portfolio management from the financial worlds and has even developed an analysis, management and control system in real estate investments based on the investment principles of traditional investment houses. This system forms the basis for analyzing transactions and investments at Investo Capital.
Ohad Arad
Ohad, a veteran of Unit 8200, began his professional career as a public figure when he was elected as the chair of a student union for three consecutive years and served in the National Union of Israeli Students. At the same time, he served on the boards of directors of economic companies and an insurance company, and even as a member of the governing board of the public tourism company Issta. Upon completion of his degrees in law and business administration, he began working as an urban renewal entrepreneur while he was doing his internship. His political involvement even led him to run for his city council, and then form a party – and run for the Knesset. For 10 years Ohad has worked and promoted projects in the world of urban renewal, NOP 38 and Evacuation and Construction (Pinui-Binui) as an independent entrepreneur and in collaborations with some of the largest and highest quality contracting companies in the Israeli market, where he established and operated in the urban renewal fields that promote dozens of projects throughout the country to date. In 2016, Ohad received an offer for a challenging job at a public real estate company after the international parent company faced a crisis that threatened to bring it down. During the streamlining period, and as someone responsible for the sale of the company's assets, Ohad led to the sale of many assets in the company for a total amount that crossed the 1 billion ILS threshold, in a brief period of two years. As a real estate expert who is incredibly involved in the Israeli arena, a lecturer and consultant in the field who has conducted many and varied transactions, he realized that in Israel it is already complicated to operate in the field of real estate investments and turned to investing and developing abroad. Today, he owns a variety of properties operating for different periods. He is also an investment manager and advises many investors.
