Investo Capital is a real estate investment company operating with a unique method, where the founders themselves invite accredited investors (Under Regulation D, Rule 506(c) to join them in each project, and everyone becomes full partners. In this way, Investo saves investors "brokerage fees" and "cutting marketing commissions out", and everyone profits together.

Investo currently operates in 11 states in the USA, Portugal and Israel across various real estate channels, including multi-family properties, commercial centers, office buildings, new construction, tourism and leisure projects and land development.

Investo Capital, owned by businessmen and entrepreneurs Noam Shpalter and Ohad Arad (Attorneys & Certified Financial Planners), is part of a group of companies operating to provide knowledge and financial guidance, alongside business development and selffulfillment using the “10X method” of the American billionaire, real estate entrepreneur Mr. Grant Cardone.
